ARCO/Murray recently completed an 86,500 square-foot healthcare laundry build-out for Crown Health Care in Lakeland, Florida. The project was a complete design-build solution including architectural and engineering design, permitting, building modifications, process piping and electrical work.
In order to open the new plant ahead of schedule, both the design time and construction schedule were compressed cutting the overall project duration by a month.
The entire laundry equipment package was provided by Pellerin Laundry Machinery Supply Company and included Milnor washroom equipment, Chicago finishing equipment, Kemco water systems and Softrol rail. This was ARCO/Murray’s first project with Crown Health Care. Max Potvin served as project manager and Glenn Broome was the project superintendent.
