ARCO/Murray recently completed a 55,000 square-foot healthcare laundry build-out for ORC Industries, LLC in Brownsville, Texas. The project scope was a complete design/build solution including architectural and engineering, permitting and construction services.
The project included a new mechanical room, restrooms, surgical pack room, decontamination room, and laundry production area. Upgrades included new lighting, plant ventilation and spot cooling. The facility is designed and built to meet HLAC requirements.
The entire equipment package was provided by Pellerin Laundry Machinery Supply Company.
