ARCO/Murray recently renovated “Golf Tower” – a 270,000 square-foot, 11 story building in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. PGAI Design Partners provided architectural services for the renovation.
The project consisted of a complete façade renovation, new entry ways, common area improvements and lobby renovation. A new concrete entry plaza, ADA access ramp and landscaping was completed in addition to staining the brick façade to compliment the new entrance canopy.
The two-story interior lobby and lower level renovation included new porcelain tile flooring and decorative carpet, glass and stainless-steel handrails, decorative LED lighting, wood ceiling elements and new wall paneling finished with architectural film. A new pedestrian bridge was erected at the main walkway, and additional renovations were made to create new executive conference rooms, a kitchen area and lounge for the building’s tenants.
