Three Pillars of Giving

ARCO/Murray founders Dick Arnoldy and Jeff Cook recognized early on that it’s important for an organization as fortunate as ours to give back. We realize that the success of our company has only been possible because of the communities we are a part of, the people we’ve hired, and their educational foundations.

  • Associates

We match 100% of donations made by our associates and provide 1 week of paid leave each year to volunteer their time and talents.

  • Education

We believe change is inspired through learning. We partner with existing programs that reinforce critical STEM education for future generations.

  • Community

We believe in giving back to the communities that we live and work by sponsoring local charitable initiatives.

Associates

It’s heartwarming to see that a company as big as ARCO/Murray remembers to give back to communities and organizations funding amazing causes. It shows that ARCO/Murray supports what I consider important in my life outside of work.
