Tim Hearld Awarded NAIOP Chicago Future Leaders Scholarship

ARCO/Murray proudly congratulates Project Manager Tim Hearld on being named a recipient of the NAIOP Chicago Future Leaders Scholarship.

The NAIOP Chicago University Initiative provides tuition assistance and professional development opportunities to outstanding students pursuing commercial real estate degrees at select institutions. These students demonstrate excellence and innovation, representing the future leaders of real estate.

Tim is currently attending Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, pursuing an MBA with a concentration in real estate and finance. Over the course of his career, he had led over $150 million in ground-up projects. At ARCO/Murray, he leads active projects and directs preconstruction efforts on more than $200 million in potential developments throughout the Chicago region, which include large-scale distribution and manufacturing facilities.
