DFW Spec Industrial Project Coming this Fall

The north central Texas community of Grapevine approved construction for a four-building industrial park on 88 acres west of DFW Airport. ARCO/Murray was selected to plan, design, and construct this multiphase development which plans to break ground in September.

Phase I is a 200,340 SF rear-load warehouse on 16 acres equipped with 37 dock positions, 2 drive-in ramps, 119 auto parking spaces, and 49 trailer parking stalls. The building is designed to accommodate up to 4 tenants.

Phase II includes three buildings totaling 772,040 SF (504,000 SF, 183,040 SF, & 85,000 SF) with 216 dock positions, 8 drive-in ramps, and 700+ auto parking spaces on the remaining 72 acres. Proximity to DFW airport and the metroplex is ideal for the logistics and warehousing needs of its future occupants.

ARCO/Murray coordinated the industrial park’s site & phasing plan, building & civil design, and permitting approvals through multiple levels of governmental entities, inclusive of The City of Grapevine, Army Corps of Engineers, Texas Historical Commission, Federal Aviation Administration, and Texas Commission of Environmental Quality.
