Project Manager of the Year: Colin Flynn
In addition to the General Contractor of the Year award, ARCO/Murray is celebrating Colin Flynn, who was named Project Manager of the Year at the event. Over the past six years, Colin has become a senior member of ARCO/Murray’s Tenant Solutions team, overseeing the onboarding and training programs and leading several key projects including the recent $40 million buildout of the North Austin Center – a first-of-its-kind, professional-level complex for sports, education, and wellness – and The Terminal – a 3x ‘Redevelopment of the Year’ recipient and historic adaptive reuse project.
Colin’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in the success of many of our projects. His ability to manage teams and deliver results is a testament to his hard work and commitment. We applaud Colin for this well-deserved recognition.
Client Achievement: North Austin Center
ARCO/Murray is also thrilled to congratulate Intentional Sports, Grace + Peach Church and By the Hand Club for Kids on the recognition of North Austin Center, which was named Community Project of the Year. We are proud to have been a part of this unique indoor and outdoor facility that revitalized a once-vacant area in Chicago, providing a hub for sports, education, wellness and community engagement while fostering a strong and inclusive foundation for local families.
