We completed this giant warehouse facility for Centerpoint Properties using tilt-up construction to execute a faster and more cost-effective building. The warehouse features an 8,000 SF aerosol storage cage, 14,000 SF of high hazard storage space, 86 dock doors with 32-foot clear height and 19,000 SF of office space. It also includes a unique entry vestibule designed to incorporate ACE Hardware’s brand colors.
