Optimized Risk Transfer  

Unlike the traditional design-bid-build GC approach, ARCO manages all the risk of a project once a contract is signed. You can breathe easy knowing the risk of schedule delays, design changes or cost increases are handled.

Single Point of Contact  

You establish one contract with a single entity (us) who is then responsible for the entire project. This protects you from miscommunication, fee overlaps, and delays that often arise when contracting with multiple vendors.

Novus Foods Cold Storage Facility Breaks Ground in Delphos, OH

Led by our Nashville team, the Novus Foods groundbreaking in Delphos reflects the specialized cold storage work we deliver well beyond Middle Tennessee. In partnership with Novus Foods and the Delphos community, this $35 million, 136,000-square-foot project will strengthen the company’s national distribution network while creating 15 new jobs and helping retain more than 500 existing positions, bringing lasting value to both the facility and the community it supports.

Danny Townsend Memorial Classic Raises $100,000 for Jonathan's Path

The inaugural Danny Townsend Memorial Classic brought together colleagues, partners, and sponsors to honor Danny Townsend, a beloved ARCO superintendent, devoted husband, proud father, and cherished friend. Supporting Jonathan’s Path, the event raised $100,000 to help extend real support to local youth in foster care.

The success of our company has only been possible because of the people we’ve hired, their educational foundations, and the communities we’re a part of. These key components make up the pillars of ARCO’s social impact initiatives. Here in Nashville, we strive to make an impact every day. Whether it’s hiring local subcontractors, hosting our annual Women in Construction event, working on local service projects, or visiting schools to educate students on construction career paths, our goal is to find opportunity to make both immediate and long-term impact.
