Hospitality-focused improvements include 14,500 SF of event space, a 2,600 SF main bar and private dining bar, and a 3,500 SF commercial kitchen with pizza oven, draft beer system, grease system, and overhead ventilation.
Scope also included extensive façade modernization with EIFS, ACM panels, new glass windows and curtainwalls, plus high-end interior finishes, custom LED lighting, and premium millwork.
