ARCO/Murray Completes New Self Storage Facility in Doral, Florida

ARCO/Murray, leading experts in self storage construction, recently delivered another Class A facility on the East Coast.

ARCO/Murray partnered with DXD Capital to deliver a 98,572 square foot self-storage facility in Doral, Florida. The 3-story facility houses 771 self-storage units available for immediate rental, offering a variety of sizes to meet diverse storage needs. This fully climate-controlled facility will be managed by Extra Space Storage.

The multistory building boasts a sleek design finish, consisting of hurricane resistant EIFS and glass façade. Constructed with light-gauge framing and structural steel, the facility is engineered to offer reliable, long-term storage solutions for the city of Doral. Two secure-access elevators further enhance convenience and safety, elevating the customer experience for Extra Space’s valued users.

Strategically positioned less than 20 minutes from the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, the state-of-the-art facility will provide exceptional storage solutions for surrounding local suburban residents and serve as a valuable asset for the community.
