HOUK, a trusted name in HVAC services across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex has officially kicked off construction on the interior buildout of their new 70,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility in Grand Prairie. The project marks a major milestone for the company as it continues to expand operations and invest in long-term infrastructure to support future growth.
Located at 1250 W Oakdale Rd., the new space was designed by Go Studio and is being built by ARCO/Murray. The project will consolidate HOUK’s operations into a modern facility tailored to both field and corporate team needs.
“This new facility represents a powerful step forward for HOUK and reflects the steady growth we’ve achieved,” said Max Bolt, Director. “Expanding across Texas has amplified our momentum, and this investment empowers us to elevate customer service, support our team, and set new standards for industry excellence. We’re proud to designate this location as our statewide headquarters.”
The project is being constructed within a first-generation shell building also completed by ARCO/Murray in 2024.
“We’re proud to partner with HOUK on the buildout of this space after delivering the original shell building,” said Lauren Kraemer, Vice President at ARCO/Murray. “With the industrial market in DFW continuing to evolve and demand remaining strong for high-quality, flexible spaces, it’s exciting to help forward-thinking companies like HOUK position themselves for long-term success. This project is a great example of how thoughtful design and strategic planning can support both immediate operational needs and future growth.”
Construction is underway, with completion targeted for January 2026.
