Jackson-Shaw & ARCO/Murray Break Ground on Business Park in Denton, Texas
DENTON, Texas (August 13, 2026) – Jackson-Shaw has broken ground on Horizon 35, a master-planned business park at the northeast corner of Interstate 35 and Loop 288 in Denton, Texas. Phase I will deliver 543,550 square feet across three rear-load buildings and is now pre-leasing for delivery in the third quarter of 2027.
Strategically positioned along the I-35 corridor, Horizon 35 offers frontage and access to Interstate 35, Loop 288, and U.S. Highway 77, delivering exceptional visibility and connectivity for distribution, logistics, and manufacturing users. At full buildout, the development will total more than 900,000 square feet and accommodate a range of tenant sizes. A future Phase II offers up to 400,000 square feet for build-to-suit.

Phase I includes Building 1 at 147,390 square feet, Building 2 at 145,920 square feet, and Building 3 at 250,240 square feet. The buildings will feature 32- to 36-foot clear heights, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, 60-foot speed bays, dock-high loading, oversized 18-by-20-foot drive-in doors, and ample auto and trailer parking.
