RCP Companies, an Alabama-based entrepreneurial developer of innovative places and experiences, recently broke ground on the first residential building in Huntsville’s MidCity District. RCP Companies is partnering with ARCO/Murray, a top 10 national design-build contractor, to construct Metronome at MidCity. The five-floor multifamily residential building features 296 apartment homes with retail and restaurant space on the ground floor.
Metronome at MidCity residents will have their choice of 12 different floor plans including studio, one, two and three-bedroom units. Ground floor retail space along MidCity Drive will host boutique services as well as new-to-market restaurant, retail and fitness offerings.
