ARCO/Murray Announces Addition of Matthew Kennedy as Business Development Manager

San Mateo, California (June 25, 2021) – ARCO/Murray, a Top 10 design-builder and the leading builder of Warehouses and Distribution facilities in the U.S., is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Matthew Kennedy as Business Development Manager for the Northern California market. Matthew will be tasked with building and nurturing relationships with commercial real estate industry professionals, specifically focusing on warehousing, distribution and manufacturing, both in the Bay Area and in the neighboring regions.

“We are delighted to welcome Matthew to the team and provide a dedicated contact to our growing network of brokers, developers and end users in Northern California,” said Colin Epperson, ARCO/Murray Principal. “Matthew is well-versed in our industry and the value that design-build can bring to our market.”

Prior to joining ARCO/Murray, Matthew was at Tensar International Corporation, a provider of specialty products and civil engineering services, for nearly six years. Most recently he served as the Strategic Sales Manager in California, working with clients to optimize pavement, mechanically stabilized earth, and foundation designs.

“I’m thrilled to join ARCO/Murray and experience the full design-build process that I had seen in parts, but always admired,” Matthew said. “I’m excited to help our clients see how the benefits of a turnkey solution can impact their vision and make for a smooth construction process from start to finish.”

Matthew is a graduate of Georgia College and State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
