ARCO/Murray Partners with YourSpace America to Deliver a New 4-Story Class A Self Storage Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada
ARCO/Murray, a leading national general contractor specializing in self-storage construction, has recently delivered another Class A facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ARCO/Murray partnered with YourSpace America to complete the design-build delivery of a new 158,844 square foot ground-up self-storage facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Operated by Public Storage, this 4-story facility houses 1,153 climate-controlled Self-Storage units and provides a spacious exterior loading dock.
Joined by Councilwoman Shondra Summers-Armstrong, Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Henderson Chamber of Commerce, representatives from both the Mayor’s and Governor’s offices, and key project stakeholders, ARCO/Murray and YourSpace America celebrated the grand opening of this new high-quality, Class A facility in December 2025.
Located just outside the Las Vegas Strip, the facility provides convenient access to surrounding residential and commercial areas. The property is marked by an 80’ illuminated Public Storage pylon sign, creating strong visibility from the adjacent Interstate.
Architecturally, the facility features a non-rectilinear building design, creating a distinctive street presence. The façade combines EIFS and metal panel systems, with architectural display pop-outs that add depth and visual interest to the facility on its exterior.
Constructed using Type IIB light-gauge steel framing, a structural system commonly used in multi-story self-storage, the facility is poised for long-term durability and efficiency. Due to grade changes along the property boundary, ARCO/Murray harnessed their design-build expertise and constructed a double-tiered retaining wall, stabilizing the elevation transition and maximizing usable site area.
Furthermore, the property includes a 1,438 square foot leasing office that provides dedicated space for on-site management and customer service. The first-floor features epoxy-coated concrete flooring designed to withstand high-traffic activity, while levels two through four utilize diamond-polished concrete floors that provide a clean, durable finish suited for climate-controlled storage environments. To enhance security across the property, the facility is equipped with an OpenEye cloud-managed surveillance system, delivering real-time monitoring and continuous 24-hour video coverage.
Delivered through ARCO’s integrated design-build model, the project leveraged early collaboration between design and construction teams to optimize structural systems, site development, and advance timeline scheduling, resulting in a successful project delivery two (2) months in advance.
This project marks the latest in a series of successful collaborations between ARCO/Murray and YourSpace America. Mason Castleberry proudly served as the Project Manager, while Site Superintendent Bill Mayer oversaw the day-to-day construction process.
