ARCO/Murray is excited to announce the promotion of Lauren Ladowski to Principal and Partner! Since joining ARCO nine years ago, Lauren has embodied ARCO through her drive, ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Lauren is responsible for leading ARCO’s Tenant Solutions team in Dallas, where she spearheads design-build strategy both in the Texas market and nationally.
Under her stewardship, Lauren has worked diligently to build a solid culture, team, and strong operational structure. Her commitment to building positive relationships and an exceptional experience for our clients has helped to position her team for ongoing success.
Lauren is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She has been previously recognized as a Top Woman in Real Estate by Connect CRE and recently joined The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Class of 2022.
Although originally hailing from the Chicago area, Lauren is continually proud to call Texas home since relocating to Dallas three years ago.
