ARCO/Murray Partners with Armstrong Capital Development (ACD) to Deliver a New 3-Story Class A Self Storage Facility in Denver, Colorado
ARCO/Murray, a national general contractor specializing in self-storage construction, has recently delivered another Class A facility within the Midwest region.

ARCO/Murray partnered with Armstrong Capital Development (ACD) to complete the design-build delivery of a new 96,515 square foot ground-up self-storage facility in Denver, Colorado. Operated by Britelock Storage, this 3-story facility houses 704 climate-controlled self-storage units and includes a large exterior loading dock designed to support efficient customer move-ins.
Strategically located at the intersection of Interstate 76 and Federal Boulevard, the facility offers a highly visible, easily accessible location for both residential and commercial customers. The site is conveniently positioned around the midpoint of Federal Boulevard, one of Denver’s primary north to south corridors, providing ideal connectivity for users throughout the greater metro area.
Constructed with a light-gauge steel structural system, the building was designed to support long-term durability and operational performance. The fully conditioned facility incorporates a modern, high-end façade with a blend of metal panel, glazing, and Nichiha, delivering a clean architectural profile and strong street presence. A wide drive aisle and enhanced front landscaping further elevate the customer experience and improve overall site appearance and functionality.
This project marks the latest in a series of successful collaborations between ARCO/Murray and Armstrong Capital Development. John Krawietz proudly served as the Project Manager while Site Superintendent, John Bigham, oversaw the day-to-day construction process.
