Lauren Ladowski Named 2020 Woman in Real Estate by Connect Media

Connect Media recently published its annual Women in Real Estate list featuring 110 women from across the U.S. who are making their mark on the commercial real estate world. Representing hard work, innovation and excellence, these female leaders in the industry were also recognized for playing key mentorship roles for others in commercial real estate.

ARCO/Murray’s Lauren Ladowski was named a 2020 Woman in Real Estate in Texas.

“I am honored to be named part of such a great group of leaders and represent ARCO/Murray in the Texas region,” said Ladowski.

Ladowski started as a Project Manager for ARCO/Murray 6 years ago. She is now Vice President of ARCO/Murray in Dallas and oversees the Tenant Solutions division. She has the ability to adapt her approach with whomever she is working and can toggle between being an engineer and being business minded with ease.

“She has done an incredible job growing the Tenant Solutions team in Dallas, and she has also played an important role in our diversity and inclusion efforts this year,” said Jason McLaughlin, Principal at ARCO/Murray.

In 2019, Lauren started ARCO/Murray’s Women in Construction Week panel in Dallas, bringing other female industry leaders together for a night of sharing their stories and networking. She is very involved with The Real Estate Council’s Young Guns group. She has also done multiple presentations on networking and interviewing tips for rising female engineers in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) chapter at the University of Texas at Austin, and partners with the Young Women’s Preparatory Network where she is a mentor to high school girls interested in pursuing careers in STEM related fields.

Congratulations on this terrific accomplishment, Lauren!
